PLIB Education & Training Website Password Reset Instructions

NOTE: The login for the Education and Training website is different than the login for the main PLIB website. Make sure you are using your education.plib.org credentials and not your plib.org credentials.

Access the education site at https://education.plib.org. Select Login from the upper right corner of the webpage.

You will be brought to the login page. Select lost your password? underneath the log in button.

Enter your username or email address used to make the account, and select the Reset password button.

The email will come from education@plib.org and includes your username and a link to reset your password (see teal boxes below).

Follow the link to reset your password. If you are having difficulty accessing the webpage or do not receive the reset password email within 10 minutes of requesting, please contact education@plib.org with your username.

Upon following the link provided, you will be directed here to change your password. A random password will be generated for you. You may create your own password as well. Hit save password, and you will be able to log in with your newly created password.
